To enter, visit www.bartlesandjaymes.com/vote, submit your vote for one of the six (6) new Bartles & Jaymes flavors listed. Once your vote has been submitted, an Official Online “Vote For Your Favorite New Bartles & Jaymes Flavor in 2009” Entry Form will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions by filling in the required information on the Official Entry Form and submit the form as directed.  Entrants will be required to provide their complete name, address, day and evening telephone numbers, date of birth, and e-mail address.  Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, or per valid e-mail address.  Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, and/or incomplete due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM EDT ON AUGUST 31, 2008.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  The random drawing will be conducted on or about September 15, 2008 by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.  Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:  Grand Prize consists of  one (1) Char-Broil® Commercial Series Gas Grill; one (1) 32” JVC LCD HD Flat Screen TV; seven (7) piece all weather Resin Wicker Patio set consisting of one (1) oval table and six (6) chairs; one (1) all-weather Resin Wicker Cocktail Table; one (1) all weather Resin Wicker Sofa with cushions; one (1) Veranda Wicker Bar Set and two (2) Bar Stools: one (1) all weather Resin Wicker Serving Cart; one (1) Igloo Terra Cotta Cooler; three (3) piece Weber BBQ set; one (1) Farberware BBQ Bottle Baster; and one (1) $5,000 check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. The approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $10,000. All prize items will be designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash (except as stated herein), or transfer of any prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize item is unavailable.
  7. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Eligibility, age and prize claim by Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by First Class Mail on or about September 22, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form within ten (10) business days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  If the Grand Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the Grand Prize Winner is ineligible, or the Grand Prize Winner declines a prize, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

INTERNET:  If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winner: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, its alcoholic beverage distributors, and retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment, judging agencies, and all related entities from all liability, claims, actions, or proceedings relating to the Sweepstakes or to injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of a prize; (3) agree to share customer information contained in their entry with Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator and judging agency (Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC); and (4) consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
